On Saturday February 16th the Clippers earned their twentieth win of the 2018-19 season on the road at Pierce College. The Raiders struggled to score in the first half and the Clippers raced to a 45-19 lead at halftime. The second half saw the Clippers heat up from three, as they knocked down seven of their nineteen attempts from beyond the arc.
The Clippers used a balanced scoring attack to put up 94 points, with seven players scoring in double figures on the night. Demonte Malloy pulled down ten rebounds and added four steals, in addition to pouring in 18 points.
The Clippers earned their 20th win on the season with the road victory at Pierce, and move to 7-2 in West Region play. This is the fourth consecutive season in which the men's basketball program has earned at least 20 wins on the season.
The Clippers return home Wednesday for a game against Lower Columbia College at 8:00pm.
